Paul L. Connerty joins the PST, Inc. team to develop new business, support existing customers, expand into new markets and increase brand awareness. Paul is an experienced executive with over thirty years of professional management service in the public and private sector.
Paul has twenty years of experience in the workforce development field, most recently working with Metalskills, Inc. and Arclabs Welding School as Vice President of Operations. He served as Executive Director of the Trident Workforce Investment Board (TWIB) from September 2006 until his retirement in July 2011. Prior to that, Paul served as a quality examiner for the U.S. Department of Labor, project team member for the U.S. Department of Labor/Department of Defense, Director of the Trident One Stop Career System and executive director of the Anchorage Equal Rights Commission in Alaska.
Paul is a graduate of the South Carolina Economic Developers School (SCEDS), a certified WorkKeys job profiler, NCCER Certified Craft Instructor and EPIC Credentialed Trainer. In addition, he holds a Masters degree from the University Of Alaska School Of Public Affairs and a Bachelors degree from Henderson State University, Arkansas. He attended graduate school at Marshall University, WV and completed the University of Nevada-Reno, Administrative Law program in 1984.
