Microsoft SharePoint helps people collaborate and use familiar applications and web-based tools to create, access, store, and track documents and data in a central location. SharePoint can also help organizations segment digital information, share information from external sources, archive records, and automate business processes. This course will teach SharePoint Site owners how to create and configure a new site, add and configure libraries, lists, create custom lists and forms, assign permissions and access rights, and extend functionality with Web Parts.


The course is intended to show participants how to create, configure, and manage a SharePoint team site so that their team or organization can share information and collaborate effectively.
